Our replacement jumping mats proudly use a grade #1 black non-abrasive Permatron® type mat material and are constructed using only the finest heavy-duty thread and rust-less hardware connection v-rings available for added mat life. Measure your frame from one side to the other side. This is your frame size. Measure your old mat from edge to edge, not including v-rings. This is your mat size. Measure one of your springs, including both hooks. This is your spring length. Now, count all the springs holes in the frame and see if it matches the number of v-rings on the mat and number of springs you have for your trampoline. This is your spring count. REMEMBER: Measure & Count twice so you only have to order ONCE!
How to Measure for a Square Trampoline Mat
Measure the frame. You will measure the length and width of the frame from outside frame to outside frame. To get the most accurate measurement it is best to measure along the edge of the frame, as shown in the diagram below.
Measure the springs. You will take a spring OFF the trampoline, make sure that it is fully recoiled and measure it from hook-end to hook-end. It is very important that you not use a stretched-out spring and that the spring NOT be attached to the trampoline to get an accurate measurement.
Count the springs. You will count the springs down each side of the trampoline. We suggest that you also count your springs to make sure that you are not missing any.
Measure the mat. If possible, it is best to measure the mat while still attached to the frame. You will measure the mat from hem to hem down each side, DO NOT INCLUDE THE V-RINGS. Note the exact inches of the measurement.
